About Sharmin Bhagwagar
Sharmin Bhagwagar is a New York–based architectural designer with experience across public, institutional, hospitality, and private residential projects. She has worked through all phases of design and construction, contributing to projects ranging from large-scale public work like the Wagner Park Pavilion in Battery Park to highly detailed private residences and adaptive reuse projects in New York and beyond.

Her background spans practices in New York and Mumbai, with a foundation in both conceptual design and hands-on construction coordination. Sharmin holds a Master of Architecture from Yale School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai. Her work is driven by care, clarity, and an interest in how small, thoughtful decisions can shape meaningful spaces.
